Small, portable and powerful April 10, 2010

Already have a larger Satellite 17" P300-20C Toshiba running Vista. The T130-170 has slower processers (1.3 vs 2.0) but seems to be a similar speed running Windows 7 - have not tried using it for work applications - have only used it for multiple web browsing. The keyboard initially seems a bit cheap and bouncy but I've got used to it. The matt keyboard is much better than the fingerprint marking gloss on my 17". The surrounds are still glossy though. The single mouse button (as opposed to separate left and right buttons) mouse button works fine - buttons are a bit stiff as per my 17". It feels especially good in the lap with its tapered front which is very comfortable using the track pad. Trackpad is smoother and more natural than the 17". Battery is excellent - about 7 hrs realistically. Speakers are average. A great mid-range size. Just bought the Be-ez LArobe MacBook 13.3" Black Addict Sleeve Wasabi (Black/Green)case from Amazon which is a good fit.
