Its a great laptop and its good having a full length keyboard. A lot of people have complained about the mouse pad being a bit sticky, this is rubbish. Maybe if you have really sweaty fingers?
I can only suggest that if you buy this laptop, format it first, the HP software that comes pre-installed on this laptop (mediasmart) slows it down way to much, you don't need this software, its rubbish!
Overall its a great laptop.

great 1st laptop for partners daughter. Lots of great features on webcam. You will have hours of fun with this product and with a very funky shell which a chargeable option for a Dell machine.
Processor speed is ok and extremly user friendly. I would recommend this laptop to anyone.
