Very satisfied with product, easy first time software set-up with no glitches, really excellent large 18inch bright screen image, would certainly have another one. As it is supplied with Windows 7 I would have preferred an XP downgrade facility as Windows 7 renders most of my favourite software useless plus it will not run Outlook Express, my usual e-mail preference.
