Got this for my wife opened the box turned it on no problem, she loves it, she has had this since xmas 2009 uses it everyday never gave any issues well built laptop

i really do not think you will get such a feature rich laptop with this price in any other brand.
i think it has everything even for gamers too.
number pad is useful. keys are good.
i believe video quality is also good.
go for it with both eyes closed.

Good all round laptop. Good processing speed. Good screen. Not yet sure about ruggedness but having said that, no problems so far.

I have found the Acer Aspire 5738G 15.6 inch, Notebook really fast and great to use. I did buy an optical mouse as I don't like like the finger mouse.
All in all I am happy with my purchase.

This laptop was the perfect choice for me. I needed a laptop to store my photos and music and use for the internet and office. This laptop is perfect for all of those.
